On the market!

Well it's official. Our condo is going on the market. On Monday. And we already have a viewing lined up with our realtor.

We were hoping one of our renters was going to buy the place, but ultimately, he decided not to. Unlike many people around the U.S., we are not worried about the condo selling. As you can see from the picture below, our condo is in a prime location -- downtown Rochester, Minnesota with complete access to all of Mayo and the underground system. It's one of the only places to live right downtown that you can buy and not rent.

These photos aren't very clear but they show a few shots of the inside of our place:

Here's our refinished bathroom. We added the wainscotting, painted, and did the trim around the mirrors as well as new cabinets.

Here's the master bedroom. The condo has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It also has underground parking and a heated pool.

Here's our kitchen which we completely gutted and redid. We loved this kitchen!

Your prayers that our condo would sell for a good price would be incredibly appreciated. We have decided to sell since we are relocating overseas and just don't want to deal with the condo anymore. We've had fantastic renters but have a lot of money we'd like to pay off that is tied up in the condo.
