Veronica home from Vienna

On Wednesday of last week, Veronica returned form Vienna. She had a wonderful four day trip. She actually went with my friend from college, Leah, who lives in Munich. This trip was the one thing Veronica had wanted to do while living with us in Turkey, and I am so glad that everything came together for her to do it. She had saved her money from her job in the States before getting here just to make this trip. (Since she just works for us for "room & board" she doesn't generate a real income during her time in Turkey.)

When she got home, the boys had hugs for Veronica:

And Veronica had a bunch of little cars from the "Euro store."

We are glad to have Veronica back with us -- especially since we have a few days between Joni's departure and the start of my parents' visit.
