CST

Folks, I've decided to make this it's own blog. This was spurred on by Lesley thinking we were Eastern Standard Time (EST). But don't worry Les, you are only the most recent in about two dozen people who have thought we were EST. So here it is, once and for all. Everyone, we are central standard time. We are in Florida, but we are actually almost due south of Kentucky and Tennessee. Central it is. Cool. No more confusion.
