You know how something sounds good, and then you eat it, and then you realize you've had way too many of that particular food, and it doesn't taste good at all?
That's what happened to me today with a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. I'm taking a break from those for at least like, three days.

That happened to me with tunafish about 5 years ago. I've only recently been able to eat it again. Weird!
try peanut butter and honey or pb and banana...a little variety to spice up your lunch! :-)
My first job ever (in HS) was at a Cookie Factory. The great thing about it was I could eat whatever, how many ever I wanted! I gorged myself on cookies...all kinds...during the whole shift. I probably downed 5 or 6 cookies. (Those big ones.) It was probably a good 4 or 5 years before cookies sounded even remotely appealing.
And then I was diagnosed with gluten-intolerance and couldn't eat anything with flour. Go figure!
