Tomorrow is the BIG BIG day!

On May 7, 2008 we welcomed Isaac John Kitsteiner:

On January 31, 2009, Elijah Luke Kitsteiner joined us on the outside:

And on July 16, 2011, we first got to meet Abigail Grace Kitsteiner:

Time for me to head to bed as we get ready to introduce baby #4!
We know she'll be here on September 4, 2013.
C-section is scheduled for noon.
Stay tuned for her name and much more!

If you feel lead to pray for us, we would specifically appreciate prayer for the following:
  • For everything to go incredibly smooth during the C-section: guide the doctors and nurses who are bringing this baby into the world.
  • During both of my previous sections, I had a concerning amount of bleeding immediately thereafter. Please pray that my body quickly does things the way it is supposed to.
  • Our other three little kiddos (primarily Abigail) as she spends a number of days without Daddy and Mommy (something that has not been easy for her.)
  • Our other three little kiddos as they welcome a fourth child into our family.
  • The individuals (my parents, JB's mom, and Aunt Danielle) who will be watching big siblings while I am in the hospital.
  • That any sort of PPD or other complications would not come anywhere near me!

Prayers for all of the above Wendy and John. I know everything is going to be just fine. I will also send up a prayer for Scrubby...that dog has the patience of a saint! Can't wait to see the new little girl God is bringing into your lives. The 2 of you deserve all of this happiness...good things come to good people. And I've never met you! Blessings. :)

Marlene, little Abigail prayed for Scrubby tonight. She folded her hands, said "Bubby," and nodded her head! We know he's in good hands back in the Azores.

Wendi, who knew way back when at FSHS where our lives would take us and with what sweet little gifts the Lord would both bless and charge us! I love watching you, John and the sweet ones, including Scrubby, interact (via fb and blog), and I am both thrilled and envious with and of your blog! I have just thanked God for getting John to the states safely, and I have asked Him to take care of your mentioned concerns. I'm praying for the best for you tomorrow, and I will watch with excitement for pics and details.

Wow. It doesn't seem that long ago, yet it seems like ages since we both confided in each other during our "rough patches". So cool to see what God has done and is doing in both our lives now! We knew it may not be His will in our lives, but we rejoice that chose this path for both of us. Love you cous!

Psalm 127:3-5 (NIV)
3 Children are a heritage from the Lord,
offspring a reward from him.
4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are children born in one’s youth.
5 Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them.....
Blessing on your new arrival.
