Some of you may have seen articles on Ryan Shay. He was a marathon runner who died during the Olympic Trials after collapsing five miles into the race. What I didn't know was that this was a good friend of my good friend Kelsey. She was actually friends with both Ryan and his wife of four months, Alicia.
I just spoke with Kelsey on the phone. She is on the way to Michigan for the funeral. Please remember this young man, his grieving wife, and their family and friends in your prayers.
