Well, we had something very exciting happen here. Dave Stotts with Drive-Thru History came by for a few days. He's going to be doing a documentary on the floods in our area. It should be out in about six weeks! This was such a special opportunity. We've been huge fans of this history program and if you don't know about Drive-Thru you may not be a true homeschooler.
Dave was an amazing guy and as cool as you would expect. He's super funny, a strong Christian, and amazingly down-to-earth. We honestly didn't get to spend a ton of time with him as he was in Asheville for two full days. But we had two dinners and just enjoyed getting the opportunity to host him.
He is doing a show (working in partnership with our friend Kelsey) entitled FORGOTTEN USA. I can't wait to see more!
