Little lambs

Our family has a wonderful and beautiful story with the McCoy family, and I love that our story is carrying on as they come to our farm 1-2 times a week and help us with sheep paddock. What an answer to prayer. For Ms. Catherine, to get her six youngest kiddos (she has two older children that are "on their own" now) is a huge blessing. Helping others is a blessing too. And getting the help is equally wonderful.

Yesterday, we set up a new paddock and then we relocated 12 sheep to a new paddock. Someone is coming to buy 10 of them and someone else is coming to buy 2 little lambs including "Little Lambie" featured above. She's a special little lamb to us because we didn't think, when she was born, that she was strong enough to make it. But she did it! She's got "the stuff" to make a wonderful animal for someone.

Community here in East TN is so incredible. I have never experienced community like I do here in the foothills of the Smokies. I am so blessed to call this my forever home.
