Fit Mom, Happy Mom

This video floating around Facebook has really encouraged and motivated me. I am unable to post it to my page so I am going to try just including the link.  During my training for my triathlon, I often wondered if it was worth it. It was so much effort to find time to work out and do this. But this video made me really proud of what I did!
