Today's Mom K.I.S.S.:

Sort the silverware on the way IN!

My friend Logan sent me this idea. I don't know why I hadn't heard of this before or thought of it before because it's brilliant. I've tried it already and I love it.

Logan suggested sorting the silverware as you load the dishwasher. Put forks in one, spoons in another, and then, when you are done washing, it is much easier to unload the dishwasher.
