Okay, now backing up. September 12 brought Luke Yohannahn Philip into the world. Yesterday, we went and saw mom, dad and little Luke. Christo describe that Luke means "light" in Latin and also the "gentile physician" in the Bible. The middle name was Christo's great grandfather's name and the first person to begin the tradition of Christian faith found in their family. At 7 lbs. 13 oz, Luke was more than two pounds bigger than Karuna. I met Karuna two months after she was born, and I swear the kid wasn't barely that big yet.
