Saturday, October 29 (Part I)
Today we got up, ate breakfast, and walked about a mile and a half to a place where we could take a cable car up the mountains. Oh how glorious! Isaac wanted SO badly to see snow, and he got to. It wasn't very cold with the sun hitting us and we spent about two hours just walking around and enjoying the sites. One of the most beautiful days I have ever spent. Mom got to have a cup of hot chocolate, and we got to walk out on this bridge that juts out over the side of the cliff. (I didn't spend very long on that.)
Breathtaking, as I hope the pictures indicate.

Is this the Zugspitze? The visibility wasn't so good the day we went up, so I don't recognize it.
