Fatigue

If you read this, could you pray for me. I have been hit by a wave of fatigue that starts the moment I get out of bed. I could use some extra "umph." I have two two-year-olds (as of January 31) and just need some extra energy to kep up with them and the dog who thinks any free time I have should be filled with playing with him.
