RLS

I worked for the RLS Foundation for many, many years. In fact, I still do some periodic editing work for them. I recently stumbled upon this article from a fellow blogger and thought I would share it: Pregnancy & RLS. I have never myself struggled with RLS, but the few times I had it were all during pregnancy. This condition is not made up. It is really real, and I can only imagine dealing with it day in and day out. You can also find more information at www.rls.org.

Ugh. I have RLS. It was WAAAAAAAY worse when I was pregnant. So bad. Even 10 years later I remember how bad it was. "Daily" (mine isn't really daily, but often enough) is bad enough and probably related to my narcolepsy but oof, during pregnancy.
