Who doesn't like The Berenstain Bears?
This cute little board book by Jan and Mike Berenstain allows toddlers to have their own padded Bible -- designed just for them with simple text, bright art, and a padded cover. It's cute and durable and provides an overview of the Bible with eight stories from the Old and New Testament including: The Creation Story, Noah, David and Goliath, Daniel, the birth of Jesus, the good neighbor, Jesus in Jerusalem, and the story of Jesus' Resurrection.
Each story ranges from 2-4 pages and is only 2-7 sentences long.
A side note: the stories are told with bears acting the parts of the humans.
A fun and sweet book -- perfect for your pre-reading children! I think it is especially targeted to children under 4.
