C25K

I am working to run a C25K. This means Couch-2-5K. It starts you slow and gets you from not running at all to a 5K (3.2 miles) in about a month. Abigail and I are doing it together. John has joined in. Hannah and Genevive joined us today, but they were NOT fans of future participation.

Smoothies

For the last two months, I have been making a concerted effort to eat better. I am about 15 pounds from my pre-Hannah weight, and I would really like to get back there ... eventually. But weight is not my main focus. I am not in a hurry to do it. I simply want to strive to be healthier and to get my body where I think it needs to be.

We have made a very purposeful decision in our house with two little girls to not focus on outward appearances. We do not talk about dieting or weight or looks in front of the girls. And I am not making this a big deal. We teach the kids that we are trying to make better food choices to make our body feel better.

I decided that a diet was not for me. And completely limiting foods I loved wasn't what I was trying to do. So I came up with a plan. Here is what I decided to do to be healthier:

  • Breakfast: Eliminate boxed cereal from my breakfasts. I instead have two eggs every morning for breakfast with a glass of orange juice. I sometimes add a piece of toast or a waffle if I want to have a little bit of carbs. I was a cereal junkie and did not think I could live without it. But I've done it.
  • Lunch: I realized that lunch was not an important meal to me. But because I didn't want to be hungry, I would eat something and it was usually cruddy food -- like a PB&J or Mac&Cheese. So I now drink a smoothie every single day at lunch. My smoothies include: yogurt, a little bit of juice, greens, frozen berries, bananas, and some honey. But I recently stumbled upon a blog post that had some additional things I could add to the smoothies: Nutritious Additions to Spice up Your Daily Smoothies. I hope to try some of these soon. The idea behind the smoothie was to get some fruits and veggies in me and eliminate needless carbs. I really don't worry about the calories in the drink as that is not my major focus.
  • Dinner: My goal at dinner was simply to eat healthy and watch my portions. I have really felt my dinner portions getting too large. Blueapron.com really helps with portion-control for me.
  • Snacks: I decided that I did not want to completely cut out sweets. I love chocolate. But I wanted to try to limit it. One of the things I have tried to do is buy a sweet when I am out and make it a good one. I don't buy cheap chocolate if I can help it. I will instead get something very high-end that is smaller but tastes much better. I also don't do this every day. Maybe once a week. We try to keep all snacks out of our house.
  • High fructose corn syrup: We have removed all products that have this in it from our house. If it has it, we don't buy it. We eat regular maple syrup and get organic and 100% natural peanut butter and jelly. We even found chocolate syrup and fig newtons free from it. We like Breyers natural ice cream or we make our own. And again, these are once-in-a-while things not all the time things.
  • Caffeine: Up until Hannah was born, I drank no caffeine. I might have a soda once a month at a cook-out. But when she was born, I started dealing with migraines again and the Caffeine helps with that. Before I knew it I was drinking it more and more and having a Mountain Dew or Coke a few times a week. This must be eliminated. This is still my biggest struggle area, but I am definitely doing better and better here.

Since I have started this, I have lost about 7 pounds which is great. But mostly, I just feel that I am doing a better job taking care of the body God gave me. I am still far from perfect but I am slowly getting there.

Fit Mom, Happy Mom

This video floating around Facebook has really encouraged and motivated me. I am unable to post it to my page so I am going to try just including the link.  During my training for my triathlon, I often wondered if it was worth it. It was so much effort to find time to work out and do this. But this video made me really proud of what I did!

"Thank you, Mommy, for taking ownership of your life. You inspire me. I want to be like you."

They are watching you, Mom. More than you know.

Another triathalon

I have decided to train and try to run another triathlon. This one is a bit longer than the one I did with my great friend Kristi in New Mexico back in 2010. (Five years ago?! Really?!)

Since completing that first race with Kristi, she has gone on to do more and bigger races. In fact she is completing in one of the Ironman races in a few months! That girl is crazy.

I, on the other hand, am teaming up with a friend from the Azores, Molly, who lives in Chattnooga. We are going to do a longer race but still a "mini" in comparison. This one is a 3.1 mile run, 19 mile bike, and 800 meter (1/2 mile) swim.

I am on day 2 of training.

Quite a long way to go.

I plan to do a lot more biking and swimming in hopes to stay away from stress fractures that have previously plagued me. (I got two of them after the last triathlon.)

The race is in early May. I am really excited to set this goal for myself and work to achieve it. I have about 10 pounds of Hannah-weight that I would like to take off, and in general, I just want to get back in good shape.

These short races require between 5-10 hours of exercise a week which seems like a reasonable amount.

Can't wait!

Insanity: Yes I am

I am an athlete. I have always been an athlete.

But following Hannah's birth, I had to wonder: Will I always be one?

During Sidge and Abigail's pregnancies, I stayed in shape. I kept my body healthy.

But Hannah's pregnancy spun me for a loop. I was so incredibly sick -- and ultimately so incredibly depressed -- that I was physically unable to exercise.

At all.

I couldn't walk up and down stairs without dry heaving.

Seriously.

As a result, my body post-baby was shot. I honestly finally understood what people mean about their core. I never really understood what a core was because I always had one.

Not any more.

I realized: you can't do high knees without a core. You can't even get up and down off the floor (easily or gracefully) without one either.

I spent from my pre-teen years until my twenties being physically pushed and basically forced to stay in shape. I had known nothing but being in shape.

No more.

For six months following Hannah's birth, I took things easy. Honestly, I had spent so many months unable to eat anything, that I decided to eat everything in sight.

The result was ten stubborn post-baby pounds. Nothing terrible, but something I knew I wanted to get rid of.

Only, I didn't want to do the work to get rid of them.

I had myriads of excuses. And truthfully, they were good ones. I had four small kids. I could no longer exercise with them by throwing them in my jogger. It rains a lot here. My windows of time, and therefore my windows of options, were slight.

Enter a gal here on Base. She was organizing a Facebook "Motivational" group to help woman get in shape.

We had dinner in a mutual group one evening. She mentioned the group. I got excited.

I joined.

I decided to do Insanity since my husband had that on his computer already. I took the initial fit test, and while you don't get a grade, there was no doubt that I couldn't have earned above a D. I was shocked how utterly out-of-shape I was.

That was only two weeks ago.

Today, I repeated the fit test and my scores went up on every single exercise.

I have lost about 3 pounds, and while I haven't remeasured, I imagine I have lost some inches centimeters in some places too.

While I am not "dieting", I am trying to watch what I eat. The "motivational" group is focusing on a different food group each week and offering tips and suggestions of how to improve our food choices.

I want to encourage anyone out there who is thinking about getting in shape that YOU CAN DO IT. If I am managing it with four kids five and under, trust me YOU CAN TOO. You just have to decide that you want to get it done.

It doesn't have to be big. Start small. Start with just 10 or 15 minutes a day and trying to cut down on snacking. Little steps will make big differences.

Good luck!

Me, my BOB, and my miracles

Once upon a time, we got word that there was a little boy that was waiting for US to adopt him! So everyone I knew had a baby shower for me (seven of them in all!) and we got all kinds of wonderful things. One of those things was this awesome jogging stroller from my sister-in-law AD.

We set it up but never used it because just six weeks after Isaac joined our family, we got word that we were expecting a second miracle! And so we packaged that jogger up and put the money toward the deluxe edition!

It was a BOB stroller and it was the one thing that JB and I totally and utterly splurged on. For the next 18 months on Eglin Air Force Base and for the two years that followed when life took us to Turkey, that BOB was my best friend. The boys and I went everywhere in it. In Turkey, no one has a second vehicle and so I used that jogger to go anywhere we went on Base.

Always seemed like a miracle to me. Every time I loaded up the boys in that jogger and leashed Scrubby up next to us and we began our walk around the Base. Here I was -- a supposed infertile woman -- pushing around two little boys. I couldn't imagine my life being any more blessed.

The BOB has basically sat in our garage since moving to Portugal. At first, I could use it with the boys in the stroller and Abigail in a back-pack on my back. But then they started getting too big. Abigail started getting too big. And the stroller basically parked itself in our garage. Last year I was too sick to really walk anywhere. So the BOB stayed home. (In fact, my friend Carla used it more than I did when taking her boys for jogs.)

Yesterday I took my first real post-baby walk. I'm finally feeling nearly ready to get back into exercising and so I loaded up my BOB. The boys are too big now and stayed home with Daddy, but Abigail and baby joined me.

And somewhere, on the middle of my walk, the incredible fact that just six years after our fourth failed IVF, I was not pushing two little boys but now pushing two little girls all came crashing down on me.

How in the world did we get here?

How did we go from two little boys to two little girls? Four little kids in total.

And how has my BOB evolved from a boy-machine to a girl-machine in just a few years?

I wrote on Facebook that yesterday I clipped a total of EIGHTY finger and toenails.

The blessing is not lost on me, and I pray daily for those of you still waiting for your miracle to come true. I hope people see me as I am. I was that person that miracles were not supposed to come true for.

And here I am.

Me, my BOB, and my four little miracles.

Five ... if you count the dog.

Dedicated to all my teammates

To all those girls who played basketball with me at Western Kentucky University, I present you with a floating around Facebook post. You can see the entire parade of humor by clicking here.

By the way, my favorite one is the first one. I still vividly remember attending an "optional" pick-up game. We played three games, and it was my turn to sit out for the last one since we had 12 gals there. I decided to head back to my dorm to get started on a research paper only to see my answering machine light blinking as I walked into my dorm room. A message from my coach. Why wasn't I at the "optional" pick-up game (that he wasn't supposed to be watching.) Still cracks me up!

Thank you to all my teammates for supporting me during four long, wonderful years at WKU.

Race Day

I fear getting on the subject of our Internet service on Base without saying not-nice things. Let me just say that we pay a lot for our Internet. That we have no choice as to what service we use. And that it is really, really lousy! It is slow. It stops working randomly all the time. And it seems to favor not working on the weekends, when we can really touch Base with people back home due to the time difference and work schedules. Three days we were without it and for the second weekend in a row. Grrrrr ... We managed to use our neighbor's wireless account for a bit of time and then their's went out for a completely different reason. Seriously?!

(Side note: did I really grow up without a computer in my house? How did we get by before the Internet? I depend on it SO much.)

All right, off that soap box. I say all that to say I am way behind on emails and Facebook messages and blogging. So forgive me.

Let me back up for a bit to Saturday morning when our entire family went out and "ran" the 3.1 mile Breast Cancer Awareness race. Friday evening Veronica, JB, and I made the decision to skip the race after an exhausting week. But then JB and I were woken up by the kids at 5:30am anyways, so why not? Veronica didn't manage to get out of bed to join us -- she was sticking to our Friday night agreement, but JB, myself and the kids made the best of it. JB ran with the boys in the jogger, and I walked/ran with Abigail in her stroller. I actually ran a lot of it and was proud to finish behind some of the slower joggers!

Here are some pictures of our morning:

Abigail wearing the shirt provided by the medical group. Some of the sayings on the breast cancer shirts really crack me up -- including one I saw that said: "Save 2nd Base." Totally inappropriate but totally funny.

Poor Patty was feeling really lousy. She was going to watch Abigail for us during the race but decided not to avoid giving our babe her "coodies." Since I'm so tall and Patty is ... not, I crouched and did her best ballet toe. As for sickness, it is running pretty rampant on Base. Abigail has her first cold, and JB actually missed work today (only the second time in 8 years that I remember him missing work due to illness) for a GI thing. With the Base being so small, illnesses spread fairly rapidly around here. So blessed that the me and the boys still feel great!

Here we are after the event!

A jog?

Abigail was six weeks old yesterday. I decided to celebrate six weeks of healing with a jog.

Okay, okay. So jog may not be the word for what I did. If your dog is just sort of walking next to you then maybe that means your jog doesn't qualify as actually running? Either way, I actually did something more than walking and that alone makes me proud.

I am not completely healed. I still have some discomfort when I move in certain directions and it is difficult to lay on either side in bed still. But I am progressing nicely. This was my fourth stomach surgery. Hernia surgery in high school. Two c-sections. And the appendectomy back in January. I'm ready to keep the knives out of my tummy for awhile.

But the jog will hopefully help me with the at least twenty more pounds that I want to lose. I'm not panicking about the weight yet. JB said to give myself at least three months before I start checking the scale. So I'm going to try that. But I do want to see some numbers dropping off big time in the not-so-distant future.

Oh and jogging isn't the only cool news in our lives. The boys moved into twin sized beds yesterday thanks to an ad I answered on the Incirlik Yard Sale's Facebook page. (Love that site!)

And, we had a block party last night. More details and pics to come soon. Way fun.

Stroller Recommendation

Courtney asked for a double stroller recommendation on the post I wrote the other day. I am referring back to a previous post I did on my BOB stroller. Here is the link to the page on REI.

Let me say a few things about my recommendation:
  • If you want to jog AT ALL do NOT buy a cheap jogger. This was my one splurge when we found out we were going to have two babies. I had seven baby showers when Isaac was born and really didn't need to buy anything. This was the only major purchase we made, and it was worth every penny. (I did have quite a few REI gift certificates that went toward this so in the end, we ended up paying about 50% for this stroller.)
  • The other great thing is that you can buy an $80 attachment (which we did), which allows you to put the infant seat in it. This is important because you are not supposed to jog with babies under six months old, but you can if they are in their car seat! If you want to jog quickly, this is the stroller for you.
  • The stroller is designed to fit through all standard doorways in the USA. Turkey is a different story, but in the US, we never hit a doorway that we couldn't fit it through.
  • We also got a GRACO double stroller, and quite honestly, as the boys got bigger, I just couldn't manage it anymore. It was way too heavy with two 25-pounders on board. This thing truly doesn't feel like you are pushing anything at all unless you are going straight up hill. I cannot even compare the difference in pushing this jogger over a regular stroller.
  • The downsides to this stroller are two: (1) not the easiest to pack up and take places with you (2) storage is limited -- it's hard to access the under-stroller basket.
  • Stroller is expensive, and truthfully, I don't see them on second-hand sites very often (probably because they are so stinkin' awesome.
  • I did receive a "recall announcement" on this particular stroller in the mail just two days ago informing me that it had a drawstring that I should remove.
I do not have a good recommendation for a double stroller that is non-jogging. However, Faith put a comment on my blog for one. Does anyone else out there have a good non-jogger recommendation. Faith recommended:
  • It's the Bumbleride indie Twin and it is SOOOO nice. Esp with a newborn because it has a car seat adaptor that comes standard, so we didn't have to worry about that. It as lots of nice perks. It is a side by side, so of course it may not work for you with the small doorways in Turkey, but there are VERY few doorways here that this stroller can't get through...
Hope this helps Courtney!

Monday Mojo

Mondays JB works out with other military personnel for a mandatory PT session. When he got back, I went for a run. I don't mind running with my jogger, but when I can avoid it, it is nicer to not have to keep my arms in one position for the duration of a run. Thank goodness my BOB has good shocks. Elijah weighs 33 pounds now and Isaac 29. They are quite a load. I notice how heavy they are when I put them in my bike trailer. Without them, going up hill isn't so hard. With them it is quite the chore.

When I got back from my run (with Scrubby of course) I laid down on the rug in our formal living room/library. Isaac and Elijah laid down on either side of me.

Isaac: "What you doing Mommy?"

Wendi: "I'm doing sit-ups."

Isaac: "I do sit ups too."

Wendi: "Okay. Put your hands behind your head and then pull your head up."

Isaac: Imitates me as best he can. Pulls his head up two or three times. "I'm doing it Mommy." While this is going on, Elijah is on the other side of me lifting his legs into the air. Just eight months apart but worlds apart in understanding some times.

Wendi: "Yes you are."

Isaac: "I'm exercising."

Wendi: "Yes you are."

Isaac: "And now I'm sweaty."

After we do sit-ups then I bench press each of the boys. I always start with Elijah because he weighs more. I do ten bench presses with one hand under his chest and one under his legs. We all count together. Then it's Isaac's turn. He doesn't make it to ten. By six or seven he wants to get down which is totally okay by me after bench pressing his tank-like little brother first.

The other funny thing Isaac said to me this morning was a mix-up of words. Instead of saying: "all over everything" he said "all ovarything."

There are so many moments each day that I reminded how fortunate I am to be jarred awake at 5:30 every morning (although this morning it was 6:05! yippee!)

Da-feet

They reread my bone scan at the Clinic. Apparently this is protocol. The second physician who read it said that it definitely was a stress fracture. I guess this explains why the podiatrist said to me: "I don't care what the bone scan says, I say you have a stress fracture." Ha!

However, the reader-of-the-bone-scan-for-the-second-time also informed my doctor who informed JB who informed me that I have two old stress fractures, which look they are almost healed, near the big toe in both my feet. This area has caused me discomfort over the last three years. It's why I have stopped wearing flip-flops whenever I can avoid it and couldn't figure out why other people could wear them all the time. Didn't they hurt your feet?

No. They just hurt mine because I had stress fractures in both feet that were healing.

Sigh . . .

I am hoping this doesn't damage my opportunity for triathlons in the future. Kristi and I are already discussing the next one we can do together when I am on a break back in the States.

We will see.

Foot Update

I do NOT have a stress fracture! Praise the Lord. Those take a long time to heal. So, I am going to see a podiatrist to try and find out if this is something serious that I need to take time off of exercising or wear a boot or just resume activities as usual. But for now, I am taking a break with the boot. Yipee!

Triathlon anyone?

I have talked to three people since I returned from New Mexico and did my triathlon who are going to do a race of their own. Becky is going to do a half-marathon. My friend Joy is seriously considering doing some sort of triathlon. And now I just read that an old friend from high school, Lisa, is going to train for a triathlon as well. Is there anyone else that I have missed?

Seriously, ANYONE can do this. Really. It is not as intimidating as it sounds. There is a great website called Trifind.com where you can pick your state and find where the races are near you. There are short races, long races, and races that leave out one or more of the elements.

Let me know if you are planning or even thinking about doing one of these. I'd love to hear about it!

Bum foot

My foot is not broken and there is no visible stress fracture praise the Lord. This means that it is probably some sort of ligament or tendon injury. John told me I need to stay off of my foot. Ummm? How would that be possible. When he realized it was not possible, we compromised. I need to wear tennis shoes at all times, as often as possible, even in the house. I also need to take ibuprofen three times a day to help with inflammation.

My dear friend Joy, you are right. I tell everyone else that "an injury is the body's way of saying you need to take a break." Unfortunately, with the pool on Base closed, I can't do any exercising at all as the bike and run hurt my foot. (And quite honestly, I am not sure that swimming wasn't bothering it too.)

If I am honest with myself, despite the fact that I am so frustrated all the work I did has been slipping away, and I am not nearly in the shape I was, it may be the Lord's way of removing one thing from my plate right now. Life is so busy. Not sure how I would fit a race and exercise in.

Today Isaac has an appointment at a pediatric dentist. JB is taking him. I have MOPs. He's bringing Isaac to Joia's after the appointment. I'll take Elijah with me and pick up Isaac after MOPs at Joia's.

No time to worry about a bum foot now is there?

If you have missed . . .

. . . seeing Melanie Oudin play in the U.S. Open -- wake up and turn your TV on! She plays tomorrow night at 6pm central. Don't miss it. This girl has upset four Russians to make it to the quarter finals.

I'm still trying to figure out when I fell so in love with Tennis. I become quite an addict when a big tournament is on. Way to go Joanie. I think your years of inundation finally paid off.

Getting bigger

Well folks, yesterday, we took "Bob" out for a run like usual. But unlike usually, Elijah sat in the stroller instead of in his carseat in his stroller. He seemed to really enjoy being able to look around. He didn't make a peep the entire ride and seemed enthralled by everything there was to look at. Mom made it 2.75 miles. Not bad for her long break while in Snowmass. Even Scrubs joined in despite his Benadryl-induced coma.

Here's a photo after our run. Isaac is saying: "Mom, we have parked. That means you are supposed to get me out ... not take no stinkin' picture!" Elijah is saying: "Holy cow! That was one of the coolest things I have ever done. Is this what I've been missing for six months while I've been riding backwards in that dumb carseat?"

JB wandered home around 8pm last night. I managed to keep both boys awake so they could see Daddy for a few minutes. Isaac was so tired he was spastic. I'd never seen him bop around so much. He didn't sit still for a second. Both JB and I wondered if this is what our lives would be like if we had a hyper Isaac instead of a calm one. I guess so! Daddy then let me go to bed around 9pm and gave Elijah his last bottle. What a blessing. I really needed the sleep.

Today, the wifia is meeting for lunch at McDonalds. It will be nice to catch up with everyone as we have all been running in different directions during the summer months. This is also JB's last 7:30 night for the week. Thursday and Friday should be slightly earlier, and he has the whole weekend off!

Well Elijah is ready to go down for his morning nap and Isaac is just waking up. Gotta run!

Me, my dog, and an unwelcome guest

Elijah woke up at his normal 6am this morning.

I got up to feed him, and JB followed soon afterwards. He gave me the choice after E. was done with his bottle: go back to bed or go for a run.

It was a tough decision, but I opted for the run, secretly hoping I could squeeze in a nap sometime during the day as well and get the best of both worlds.

Scrubs was not too happy. He really wished I had chosen the nap. Seven o'clock! Is she kidding?! But no, not joking. We headed out on our normal three mile loop with Scrubs not at all happy with me.

It was halfway into the run that we decided instead of continuing forward, we would return the way we came?

The reason?

A black bear.

I am not joking. I rounded a corner in between housing developments on base. (For those of you who are familiar with Base, it is where you start going down hill after you pass the Fire Department.) Instead of going on the sidewalk, I decided to run on the road. It was a good thing. There, just twenty-five feet or so in front of us, was a black bear, looking right at us. Had I been at the sidewalk, I am not sure I would have seen him as quickly. It would have also made the decision to turn around much more awkward.

For a moment, I was confused. For a moment, I thought that the black bear was fake -- you know, like those fake deer some people put on their lawns. (Why do people put those on their lawns anyway?)

But the fake bear was soon moving, walking toward the sidewalk, definitely aware of us, and definitely intent on investigating who we were. I think it was a younger bear, but I was so freaked out, I really couldn't be sure. Thinking back, I'm still not sure exactly how big it was.

I immediately turned us around and Scrubs and I began jogging back the way we came. I'm not sure if Scrubs saw the bear or not, but I can tell you that there was something in me that new I was safe with Scrubs there. I had no doubt that he would fight that bear to the death if it came down to it.

As we returned the way we came, I decided to veer left and jog by the Fire Department. Surely someone should know if there was a bear on Base. There were a bunch of fire fighters working on their truck, and I asked them if the Base wanted to know if there was bear in the housing areas. "Oh yeah," they said. "That's not good at all." So I told them where I saw the bear, they said they'd take care of it, and I resumed my jog with Scrubs in tow.

When I got home, I told Keith, AD, and JB the story. AD joked that JB was jealous, and he admitted that he was. He would have loved to have seen a black bear on his jog with Scrubs.

Either way, I feel that from now on, I will be just a little more "on guard" when I am running on Base. And I'll have a cool story to tell -- way cooler than any of JB's stories -- for once.

I have to admit . . .

. . . that I get a wee bit frustrated when the National Anthem starts playing when I am in the middle of my run.

For those of you not familiar with our Base, at 7:30am and 4:30pm each day, they play the National Anthem. (And incidentally, they play Taps at 10pm.) If you are outside, you are supposed to stop and put your hand on your heart and wait for the song to play out. If you are in your car, you are supposed to stop driving and wait for the song to finish.

I am very proud to be an American. I am very proud my husband serves in the military. I am very happy to live on Base. However, I have to admit that when the song started today, I really looked around to see if anyone would see me keep running. Stopping 1.5 miles into your run makes it very hard to get started again. If I am walking, I really don't mind stopping, but running is different. In addition, Scrubs gets confused, Elijah gets upset that the motion has stopped, and everyone seems to get crankier as we get ready to start up again. Today, I did look around. I was passing a childcare center. All the little kids were out with their hands on their heart! Shame on me!

Occasionally, it can be a bit difficult to actually hear the song. On those occasions, I have to admit that I have pretended I can't hear it so I don't disrupt my run. Two different times a little kid has stopped me and said, "Mam, don't you hear the National Anthem playing?" If that doesn't make you feel guilty, I don't know what does!

Another thing I try to do is avoid going out right before 4:30. But what do you do when it is 4:00, both boys are fed and changed, and it is the best time to go?

You go. And you stop and put your hand on your heart at 4:30. And then you muster up the gumption to start running again after that.

Cool Recommendation & trivia

I get two magazines delivered to my house each month. In my latest issue of Fitness, they had a link to a great website: Motiontraxx.com. You can get FREE music to listen to when you run! Not only is it updated every two weeks, but it is completely ethical as well. I can't wait for JB to get home to help me learn how to download it from my website to my nanopod. I still don't get a lot of this technology. But I am excited that they tell me it's possible. Let me know if any of you try it out. And I'll be sure to post again when I do as well.

So, now for the trivia question. And if you have visited my house and seen my other magazines, you can't guess. What do you think the other magazine is that I subscribe to? No cheaters please! If I've told you or you've seen it, don't participate. Only people who are truly making a guess.
