200 Best Canned Fish & Seafood Recipes

While this cookbook seems very well-done and offers a lot of options, I don't think it fits our family very well. While JB does use canned seafood, he prefers fresh. And he really doesn't use recipes to cook. And I, while always having good intetinos, just don't cook.

However, for anyone who wants some variation using basic ingredients you probably have in your pantry, then this is the book for you.

From Amazon:"These inventive and delicious recipes elevate a simple can of seafood to something sublime. The best part is you don't need to look beyond your pantry for inspiration. There are new creations as well as innovative twists on old classics, and it's easy to upscale or downscale recipes depending on the type of seafood you select. With these easy-to-follow recipes, you can make the most of every meal, from brown-bag lunches to the most elegant occasion."
