Green grass

When Joan was here, she attempted to take a picture of Isaac sitting in the grass. He thought this was a bad idea. Isaac did not like the grass. JB said that "no son of mine will be afraid of the grass." How can he be a boy scout if he doesn't like grass? :)

So yesterday when we went to Seaside with Shomir and Tara, there was a huge green grassy area. A perfect spot to break Isaac of his fear of his grass!

JB getting ready to inundate Isaac with grass!

Isaac's first moments on the grass. He definitely wanted to be in Mom's lap instead.

Trying to loosen him up while also hoping to encourage some walking!

Isaac getting more comfortable with the grass

And then, Isaac fell in love with the grass, crawling all over the place! Mission Accomplished!

YAY! You look great Wendi! :)
Seaside...ah, so beautiful!
Isn't God kind to allow us to live near the water? :)

Cute pictures-Nate had the same reaction- but now he loves running around on grass (and anywhere else he's allowed to run!). By the way, first visit to the ocean, John did NOT like beach sand:)coming from the mtns - standing on sand totally freaked him out:)
love ya!

Our daughter, Amy, was similarly afraid of the grass. We used to call it "the grass monster". Like Issac, she recovered!

Love the pics! but so jealous of the green grass and the temps warm enough to wear shorts or at least go outside without a jacket. LOL
