Back from the hospital. Isaac's temps have dropped to the 101's. Cultures look good. Still no known source for the infection but the big bad things have been ruled out. We'll watch him for the next few days and make sure things continue to improve.
Please excuse me a moment while I go kill my dog for barking for no reason and waking Elijah . . . sigh . . .

Glad he's doing better! I hope he gets well.
I can totally relate. I have a beagle and you have never heard a louder bark! I always tell her I'm going to make her into Ella Fried Rice if she's not quiet!!
I'm happy to hear he's doing better and that the worst things are being/have been ruled out!!
SO Glad to hear he is better. Bless his heart.
Ah, the joys of dogs! :)
Having just gone thru the same thing at our house I know how exhausting it is not to know why the fever is so high so quickly without relief. No real cause found for us as well. Glad to hear he is feeling better and all the bad things were ruled out quickly for him.
Scrubbie you guard dog you. :)
If you figure out how to explain to Scrubs not to bark for no reason at all and it works, I'm sending down my four so you can teach them too. :) Doggies are not behaving today when there needs to be a quiet "nap" time going on. Grrrrrr!
Friday's are hard enough when there is only one of me, four of them and one little one that can't fend for herself yet.
