Daughtry & Switchfoot

John took all four kiddos to a concert -- beforehand they stopped by Lamplight Theatre in Kingsport to see Isaac's camp present a show. Then they all headed out for an adventure: Daughtry (with Switchfoot opening for him.)

Helping Aunt Connie Move

My Aunt Connie relocated to TN about 3 months ago. She found an AMAZING place to live in a town over from us. Yesterday we helped her do some of the final moving in stuff:

Cousin visit

About four years ago, one of John's five siblings moved to our neck of the woods here in Bulls Gap. They bought a little property which is actually attached to our farm at the top of the ridge. It's quite a hike, and as of yet, only Sidge has attempted it.

We don't see them as often as we would like, but we are trying to connect more often. Here were a couple of sweet pics I snagged this morning when big brother came for a visit.

Huismans

My parents have been in town for a few weeks and have had an opportunity to do some things with the kids. Here is my Poemgranate going shopping with Grama Di for her birthday! Hannah loves to go to thrift stores.

Thankful my parents have their second home here in Greeneville and that they can spend some weeks escaping the hot Florida weather!

More cousins

Here's a few more pictures I didn't load from when the cousins were in. These are my two nephews: Riddick and Maddox.

Cousin flashback

Found a few more pics on my phone of the girls' time with their cousins: Charleigh (17) and Baylee (14).

Random Sunday gettogether

On Sunday, we randomly had a bunch of loved ones over to hang out. Gramps and Grama came over, Aunt Betsy (Grama's sister who now lives here), and Katie and Eddie and their two little ones. Jacob was with us as well. He is living in Bristol, TN (less than an hour from us) and tries to come and see a few times a month. Since Erin took some photos, I thought I would share them:

Craig was in town! He has probably only been here about 50% of the time as he is still doing reserve status for the military. He is at Langley right now. They will be staying in Greeneville (at my parents' house) for one more month before life moves them onward. They do something called "world schooling." Craig teaches law online so they move all around the world with him and experience all kinds of cool cultures.

The four youngest kiddos. The boys are now becoming too cool for pictures.

And with Erin. Hannah got that really cool BINGO dog (from the show BLUEY) at her friend Piper's birthday party.

Russ birthday

John's sister, Katie, and her husband, Eddie moved to Greenville about two years ago. If we could go straight to their house, it would be about a mile! But alas, we have to travel around the mountain. They now have Russ and little sister, Kaia. Watch a video of us singing to three-year-old Russ, here.

New niece

The Kitsteiner family added another little member about two months ago. John's sister, Katie, and her husband, Eddie (who live over the mountain from us) had a second child. This makes twelve children amongst John's siblings. We have four. His older sister Elizabeth has two. His younger brother Ray has two. His brother Matt has two. And now Katie has two. (Rob, who lives in California doesn't have children.) Here are a few snaps!

Happy Easter!

Our church rented out the NPAC for church today. This is the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greeneville. We currently have three campuses and two services at each campus -- os this was a way for us to have everyone together in one place. It was wonderful to see how many people were there. The picture above is before it filled up. I want to guess that there were probably about 800 people there?

I also managed to get a family picture which I really wanted to get!

Family Fun

John's brother Matt and his wife Dani are here staying with Grampa and Grama K. for a week. They are some of my favorite people. My sister-in-law Danielle is truly a sister to me, and her daughters: Peyton (6) and Cami (4) are so stinkin' cute! We've gotten to spend quite a bit of time with them this week. Here are some adorable pictures:
