We are knee-deep in Snow White rehearsals. If all goes according to plan, we are supposed to have a dress rehearsal last night (which has been completed), this evening (Thursday) and Friday, before we break into two shows on Saturday and one on Sunday.
However, snow is predicted beginning tomorrow afternoon. This will, quite honestly, MESS EVERYTHING UP! But, I am attempting to just go with it.
I have a weekend planned AWAY on the 18th. But this snow could push Saturday's planned THIS WEEKEND shows to the weekend of the 18th. I imagine this will also mean MORE dress rehearsals at the NPAC (Niswonger Performing Arts Center) which I just don't want to do.
We usually hold our annual Ballet Production at the end of January on Tusculum's campus. But the stage there is, broken. All the rigging fell and it is just not possible to use it. Therefore, we have moved to this amazing performance center. But lots of complications come with that -- including the cost to practice in it.
