In other news, we have invited two new woofers: Ivan and Uliana to our farm. They were born and raised in Russia but have been in the USA since they were teenagers. Normally we don't host couples, but we decided to give it a try. And so far, they've been a delight. Here is a picture of them making a Russian dinner: PELMENI:

We actually ate ours with ketchup! Yum!!! They are making more for our freezer as we prepare for our future living outside of our house!
