Easter 2012

Life can change a lot in just one year -- especially with young children. Here are the boys at the Easter Egg Hunt on Incirlik Air Base in 2011: 

And here they are today, same Base, same place, one year later, in 2012:

And of course, back then, their buddy William was definitely right by their side:

And he was right by their side this time again. Look at how much they have all grown up:

And this year, there was a third little one who needed to be a part of the pictures too:

I must say, overall, I am not a huge fan of these egg hunts. Especially when the eggs aren't really hidden at all. It seems like it is going against everything we teach them. Share. Don't take everything. Make sure everyone has enough. That sort of thing. But then we give them an Easter basket and instruct them to "get as many as you can!"

Either way though, it was fun, and it was also good to get a little break from packing!
