I made this for a little birthday brunch for Angelica yesterday: Joni's chicken salad. I also gave some to our new Chaplain who has now "moved in" from Germany (his family is still in Germany finishing the school year) as it was my turn to bring him dinner. Great little recipe for a great little brunch. When I went to buy croissants from the bakery here on Base, the Turkish guy working the counter told me he had some in the freezer (since there weren't enough in the case). I asked for eight. When I got home, I set the bag of eight croissants down on the counter not realizing till JB pointed it out that they were just the dough! Oh! Not what I had planned but very fresh (after I cooked them!)
