On the night we picked up Tijmen from the airport in Knoxville, Isaac and I took a night out together. We went to a really nice movie theatre in downtown Knoxville. Unfortunately, I had no idea there was a parade going on right outside its doors so it made for a challenging (but fun) evening.
We ended up eating at a Mediterranean place across the street from the movie theatre entitled KOPITA. It was DELICIOUS!
A quick sidenote: I knew nothing about the movie or play, Wicked. Isaac and I loved this movie. It was outstanding. I am pretty sensitive to "wokeness" thrown into a production. There was a little bit of this, but generally, it was incredibly clean and well-done. We enjoyed it incredibly!
