Today was a first in our home. We had two different children lose a tooth on the same day. Sidge lost one of his 12-year-molars which really makes me feel "sad" that he's about done losing teeth. Hannah lost a bottom front tooth.
They both put them in bags and put them under their pillow for "Dad the Tooth Fairy." None of my kids has ever bought the Tooth Fairy idea despite me trying to convince them.

That’s funny, I’m the “tooth fairy” in our house and Marc is “Santa”. The kids never believed in either. Which is fine by me 😉
