My days have been inundated with plans regarding this huge storm barreling toward South Florida -- which has always felt like my "home."
My parents and my friend Michelle's mom, Jan, left at 2am this morning. Keith and his family also left at the same time. The traffic is thick, but they did manage to find gas. It looks like my brother and his family will get here tomorrow, and my Dad and his crew will arrive sometime tonight.
My parents have never evacuated for a storm.
