Joshua 1:9 "Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed, for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
If you, like me, feel like you backtracked a bit in your journey recently, may we all remind ourselves to be strong! Be courageous! Don't be afraid! And do not be dismayed!
I think that last part "do not be dismayed" may be the hardest part of the whole journey. You felt like you had reached a "point" and suddenly, you find yourself having slid back down the pole a bit.

What is your current journey? What giant are you facing? Jobless, hopeless, childless, spouseless . . . we are commanded to be strong. We are commanded to remember that God is with us. And we are commanded to not be dismayed.
God is with us. He sees our walk. He sees our journey. He recognizes when we feel like we hit a roadblock. He recognizes we feel like we backtracked. He hurts with us. He holds us.
May we not forget how much He loves us.
