Tournedos Rossini
Every Wednesday evening, our friend Mianna comes over to dinner. Connie is there too of course!
JB cooks great all the time but often, Wednesday, he pulls out all the stops.
Last night, our other friend Nick joined us for: Tournedos Rossini which is: toasted brioche with foie gras pate, wilted spinach, beef tenderloin, port-brandy demi glace, and summer truffles
