Time needs to slow down. And yet, I want so badly for some things in life to speed by. It seems, everyday, my children are leaving one phase snd entering a new one.
Yesterday, I taught Hannah to make quesadillas. She was so proud. She made them for all of her siblings.
We took little Trin to church with us. The kids can check each other out of class. I don’t have to watch them continually. In fact, I sort of forgot kids require “constant supervision” until I had Trin snd realized it was only a few years ago that I had four children who needed me 24-7.
Last night, exhausted, I put myself to bed at 7:30. The kids hung out until Dad got home from work.
I do NOT want there growing up to be done!
