After running a few errands after picking her up on Wednesday, we spent all day Thursday and Friday on the farm together before I took her back to the airport on Saturday morning. She now has everything she needs here on the farm so she can just grab a backpack and get on her flight.
We love our Joni and were so glad to have her here with us. We made it a real point to let each kid have "one-on-one Joni time" which worked really well while I was homeschooling. I would just schedule in "Joni time" and they'd excitedly head out to get that "school assignment" done: hanging with Joni.
