I bought an answering machine from a girl on the Incirlik Yard Sale webpage for five bucks! What a deal! Only problem is, it's in German. I tried translating a few of the words on the buttons online and figured out "play" and "delete" and those kind of basics. But I can't figure out how to record a message. Some guy keeps speaking to me in German. I'm sure he is telling me what to do but I have no idea what that "to do" is.
Sigh ... so many languages. No wonder Babel couldn't get built.
