Sweetness. My Dad and Mom have arrived from South Florida. They have purchased a second home in Greeneville! The fact that our family, which spent my entire childhood in a double-wide trailer, now owns a second home is simply beyond my wildest imagination. They purchased an old home in Greeneville for $75,000. Honestly, my parents bought their South Florida Townhouse (the first house they ever owned) at the exact right moment in all the housing-bubble stuff in Florida, and as a result, they were able to pay off their mortgage which allowed them to purchase the second home!
